Dr. Hannah Lanter
Dr. Hannah Lanter grew up on a small hobby farm in Southern Illinois where her family had cows, horses, chickens, dogs, and cats. She attended Murray State University in Kentucky for her undergraduate degree. She went on to attend the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2018. Dr. Hannah worked in both mixed and small animal practice in the greater Nashville area prior to joining the Pet Vet team in the fall of 2021.
Dr. Hannah's favorite aspects of working in veterinary medicine are getting to know patients and clients, as well as working on preventative care to keep pets healthy and happy for as long as possible. In her free time, Dr. Hannah enjoys horseback riding, creating wheel-thrown pottery, and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking. She has three pets - a playful cat (Nellie), a horse she has had since 8th grade (Rudy), and her wonderful dog (Delilah).
Delilah comes to work with Dr. Hannah every day, and she can be found sleeping under her desk even on the busiest of days. Dr. Hannah is excited to be a part of the Pet Vet family and cannot wait to meet you and your pets!
